CANCELLATION POLICY

A $150 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied toward your service total and is non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment one time if you provide at least 4 days (96 hours) notice. Your booking fee will transfer to your new appointment. Appointments that are rescheduled with less than 4 days’ notice, cancelled with less than 4 days’ notice, or missed without notice (no-show) will forfeit the $150 booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment.
